About this role

As Sustainability Reporting Lead, you’ll lead the development of sustainability reporting systems and disclosures across the nib Group—enabling accurate data, strategic insights, and compliance with ESG standards. You’ll also support key projects that advance nib’s environmental ambitions and build engagement across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead ESG reporting and manage sustainability disclosures, including climate and modern slavery

  • Develop systems and processes that meet reporting standards and enable strategic insights

  • Support delivery of environmental initiatives and engage internal and external stakeholders

About you

You’re experienced, insightful, and driven to make a meaningful impact.

  • Proven experience in corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, and project delivery

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage complex data

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and translating technical content into clear insights

  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, frameworks (e.g. ASRS, CDP, S&P, GRI), and current ESG trends

  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and progress work independently across short and medium-term goals

  • Thrive in a hybrid working environment that supports work-life integration
