We’re seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Leeton team. You’ll support electrical operations across the plant, balancing planned maintenance with urgent breakdowns, and contributing to safety, quality, and production goals

 

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct planned maintenance activities across multiple sites.
  • Diagnose faults and proactively manage equipment and process breakdowns
  • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve plant reliability and efficiency
  • Follow safe work practices and coach apprentices
  • Participate in Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Complete all required safety, quality, and maintenance documentation and system entries

 

What you’ll bring:

  • NSW Electrical Trade Qualification & License
  • Driver’s License
  • Strong fault-finding, safety focus, and teamwork skills

 

Bonus skills:

  • PLC programming, mechanical aptitude, computer literacy
