The Role

Our Merchandising team is pivotal in driving growth for Big Red Group’s Adrenaline brand. Through strategic product curation, seasonal planning, and effective onsite merchandising initiatives, the team directly aligns with consumer business goals to maximise conversion funnel, drive revenue per visitor and experience sell through rates.

This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement by crafting a seamless and high-converting shopping experience by supporting visual merchandising, navigation, and content updates to maintain brand alignment and deliver a seamless online shopping experience.

The eCommerce Executive is responsible for executing content updates, promotional activity, and merchandising tasks across the Adrenaline website. You’ll contribute to delivering engaging and accurate experiences across all customer touchpoints, supporting conversion and enhancing the overall customer journey

Core Activities

Hallmark & Marketing Campaign

  • Build and update category pages based on campaign briefs and creative assets provided by the marketing team.
  • Ensure campaign content is implemented accurately and on time across homepage, landing pages, and promotional areas.

Trading Calendar & Reporting

  • Action updates to homepage, category, and promotional pages in line with the trading calendar and campaign briefs.
  • Work with the in-house Creative team to brief visual assets for homepage, category, and campaign content, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and support promotional goals.
  • Generate weekly trade reports using Tableau and analytics tools, highlighting merchandising performance and actions.
  • Ensure timely execution of planned updates and accurate reporting of merchandising action.

Merchandising

  • Execute merchandising updates that support conversion and sales, using performance insights to prioritise best sellers and high-performing products.
  • Implement merchandising activity in line with marketing campaigns to ensure a consistent and engaging browsing experience.

Conversion rate optimisation

  • · Support customer journey optimisation by identifying friction points and collaborating on improvements to navigation, content flow, and page structure.
  • Support with A/B testing and UX initiatives to improve and conversion rates.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Monitor competitor websites and share findings with the team to inform merchandising and campaign execution.
  • Apply customer feedback and behavioural insights to improve product discovery and campaign relevance.



Experience and Skills Required

  • 1–2 years' experience in site merchandising, digital marketing, or eCommerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, eCommerce, or a related field
  • Proven experience in using analytics tools to understand and enhance customer journey (Tableau preferred).
  • Strong understanding of online shopping behaviour and digital merchandising best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic changing environment and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
