About the Role:
The Warehousing, Inventory and Logistics (WIL) team within the Operations Support Function is looking for a capable and motivated Engineer to support to Karratha Supply Facilities (KSF), including King Bay Supply Base, Burrup Materials Facility and Woodside Heliport.
Reporting to the KSF Engineering Lead and working with the asset leadership team, the KSF Engineer will support efforts to ensure integrity of key infrastructure for the Karratha Supply Facilities (King Bay Supply Facility, Burrup Material Facility & Woodside Heliport) is maintained.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- This is a 9-day fortnight residential role based at KBSB in Karratha.
- Management of Change focal point across KSF.
- Control Owner for key Hardware Critical Controls supporting periodic Control Health Management reviews.
- Develop Scope of Work, conduct contractor proposal review and recommend contract award for Minor CAPEX Projects.
- Accountable for contractor management ensuring company requirements are delivered as per Scope of Work and design specification.
- Asset focal point for engagement with brownfield project teams.
- Support constructability and HAZID review workshops for CAPEX projects.
- Liaise with site maintenance team and other contractors to resolve technical queries during maintenance, inspection, and minor CAPEX commissioning activities.
- Drive asset maintenance build and facility documentation as building improvements.
- Support OPEX and CAPEX budget development.
- Offers potential for future growth into a team leadership position.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified engineer (Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- 5+ years facility engineering or project engineering experience.
