About the role

Reckitt is currently expanding its central planning functions as part of the Global Warsaw Hub and is looking for individuals to help take the next step in the central planning maturity. Regional CP & EMO Planning Capability Excellence Manager is part of the Regional Centre of Excellence team. We are looking for individuals who will support us in the implementation of a new operating model and will ensure its sustainability in the long term while implementing industry’s best practices into the daily life of planners across Reckitt

Your responsibilities

•  Collaborate closely with connected planners & external manufacturing planners to provide guidance, training, monitor process execution

•  Engage with cross-functional teams to align central planning processes with overall supply chain goals, ranging from materials management, production planning, RCCP, inventory management to demand planning

•  Support the global team in establishing global SOPs for the Connected planning & EMO function in alignment with Regional Senior Leadership direction

•  Execute the implementation of the SOPs within the region and measure the adoption of it, while governing process exceptions based on business needs

•  Support the creation and drive execution of the long-term roadmap for central planning function evolution, including the way of collaborating with markets and factories in order to maximise Reckitt’s Supply function efficiency

•  Track and define the continuous improvement agenda on planning processes

•  Work with IT and Global CoE team to configure and optimize planning tools

•  Become a business representative in the process of defining priorities for system and process enhancements by collecting needs, assessing business cases and supporting the implementation

The experience we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years demand/supply planning experience
  • Strong knowledge of central supply/demand planning operations within a regional/global scope, with operational experience overseeing multiple sites/markets
  • Ability to understand and explain complex issues/datasets + propose solutions
  • Ability to challenge constructively and confidently
  • Strong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers.
  • Good understanding of ERP/Supply & demand planning software(SAP ECC/APO, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, JDA)
  • Good understanding of demand, supply and production planning processes and their challenges
