As a Global Applications and SAP - Sales Domain Manager, reporting to the Global Applications and Core ERP Director; you will be in charge of :
- Lead and manage Sales-related IT projects from conception through to completion within agreed timeframes and budgets
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of SAP SALES and all other group applications relate,
- Act as the main point of contact between Sales business partners across ensuring alignment of IT strategies with business objectives worldwide.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance sales process efficiency
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting issues that arise in the operation of sales applications
- Team work with Logistic and finance teams on common topics
- Contribute to change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems across business units
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including business units, IT teams, external partners to ensure level of service and projects follow-up
- Ensure rigorous testing processes are in place for all updates, upgrades, or new implementations before going live
- As EDI manager, contribute and follow the projects, guarantee level of service with our partner
Your profile :
- Master degree in Computer Science
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects within sales & logistic domains
- Previous experience in a SAP team management position would be an asset
- Proficiency in SAP Sales domain is required.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques between ERP systems and other enterprise software solutions
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent organizational abilities including
- Strong leadership qualities with proven capacity to guide teams towards achieving goals
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with proficiency in English; French language skills are beneficial considering the location
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward challenges
- Fluent English & French
