Position Description
Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation for the healthcare team at the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, TX. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department, as well as the monitoring of operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
- Responsible for administrative tasks and coordinating work on specialized projects.
- Organizes department meetings and special project meetings.
- Processes and completes employee travel reimbursement.
- Processes and completes timecards.
- Responsible for verifying invoicing hours and sending them for payment.
- Perform onboarding tasks for new employees and new positions.
- Provide clinical administrative support.
