Director of Business Development – Urology Sales

Location: Remote with National Travel

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive New Business: Identify, qualify, and close deals with hospitals and physician groups across all UMS service lines. You’ll present clinical and financial business models that make sense — and get signatures.
  • Contract Pro: Lead negotiations, revise and present proformas, and manage subscription agreements for new and existing partnerships.
  • Expand Existing Accounts: Dive deep into partnership health — renew contracts, renegotiate terms, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strategic Collaborator: Work closely with leadership and operations to implement partnership strategies, align performance metrics, and drive long-term success.
  • Data-Driven Seller: Leverage Salesforce to track pipelines, update forecasts, and report performance metrics.
  • Partnership Builder: Represent UMS at trade shows and conferences, and build relationships with key decision makers in the urology space.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of B2B sales success in medical devices, mobile services, or related healthcare sectors
  • Experience in Urology sales highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success working with physician groups, hospitals, and partnership/contract-based sales models
  • A strategic thinker and confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact roles
  • Knowledge of hospital purchasing and healthcare decision-making processes is a plus
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% (nationally)
