What You’ll Do
- Strategically manage CEO’s calendar, travel, inbox, and commitments with foresight and precision
- Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications, reports, speeches, and media pieces
- Oversee podcast coordination, speaking engagements, media relations, and PR opportunities
- Support book writing, publishing logistics, and research projects
- Lead project management for special initiatives aligned with CEO and company goals
- Act as a cultural ambassador, coordinating GRIT team activities and storytelling
- Manage lifestyle responsibilities including personal scheduling, events, and household logistics
- Mentor and oversee administrative staff and contractors, ensuring best practices
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field – or equivalent executive support/communications experience
- Proven experience managing executive-level priorities and confidential information
- Background in communications, PR, event planning, or media management
Skills & Knowledge
- Exceptional writing and editing ability; skilled at drafting in another’s voice
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage personal and professional tasks with seamless integration
- Confident representing executives at internal and external events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting publishing projects, bibliographies, or book workflows
- Familiarity with podcast logistics, media relations, or PR placement
- Advanced certifications in project management or communications

Work Environment
This position is fully on-site at our Douglassville, PA headquarters. Some flexibility for travel and occasional evening/weekend events may be required.
