Job Title: IT & Tech Support I
Job Type: Part-Time (in-office, Southlake location)
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: HR, IT & Employee Services

Job Summary:
The IT & Tech Support I provides provisioning/deprovisioning of iOS and Windows devices, routine maintenance, and end-user support. The role includes asset tracking, SSO/MFA support, Intune database maintenance, and ServiceNow ticketing. Ideal for both experienced IT professionals looking for flexibility and recent graduates eager to expand their skills.

Compensation: $26–$28/hour DOE
Schedule: Flexible Part-Time (part-time candidates should have 4+ years of experience)

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for IT issues across technicians and office employees.

  • Provide provisioning, installs, configurations, and troubleshooting for Windows and iOS devices.

  • Manage and resolve tickets in ServiceNow with professionalism and urgency.

  • Support Microsoft Intune administration and mobile device management.

  • Assist with IT support training materials and documentation.

  • Escalate complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.

  • Experience with SSO and Mobile Device Management required.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Kaseya, etc.) required.

  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.

  • Microsoft 365 experience.

  • Experience with Azure, Intune, and Active Directory.
