Position Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler to efficiently manage and coordinate site survey appointments as well as installation appointments with our valued customers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process, optimizing customer satisfaction, and supporting our service delivery team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule site survey appointments for customers requesting services, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and meeting customer preferences.
  • Coordinate installation appointments based on site survey outcomes, technician availability, and customer timelines, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to confirm appointment details, address inquiries, and provide necessary information for both surveys and installations.
  • Collaborate closely with field service teams to assign and coordinate installation appointments, considering factors such as equipment availability and customer needs.
  • Monitor and track appointment statuses, follow up on any rescheduling needs, and address scheduling conflicts or challenges promptly.
  • Liaise with various internal teams, including customer service, sales, and operations, to prioritize appointments and ensure smooth coordination between survey and installation schedules.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on scheduling performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement in both survey and installation scheduling.

Requirements

Qualifications
