Advantest is seeking a dynamic and strategic Service Sales Director to lead post-sales service activities for American accounts worldwide. This role partners closely with Account Sales Managers to define and execute service strategies tailored to customer needs, driving the sale of service contracts, production support engineering, and productivity software solutions.

As the head of the US Service Sales Team, you will be responsible for business planning, team leadership, and customer engagement, ensuring service excellence and business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account and marketing teams to develop compelling service sales strategies and execution plans.
  • Create and present customer-specific value propositions and proposals.
  • Define target accounts, forecast plans, and set sales/profit goals.
  • Promote Advantest’s latest service and support offerings to existing customers.
  • Provide structured reporting and participate in strategic planning and customer meetings.
  • Gather customer feedback and coordinate with engineering teams to address specific application needs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Service Sales team in the US.
