Paperwork Processing Assistant (Part-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Paperwork Processing Assistant to support our logistics operations team. This is a part-time position designed to handle routine but critical tasks that keep shipments moving and invoices accurate.
Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming emails and faxes related to load documentation within 1 hour of receipt.
- Maintain and update the Load Processing Spreadsheet at all times.
- Collect missing paperwork (PODs, invoices, rate confirmations, etc.) from carriers and factoring companies via phone or email.
- Coordinate with Problem Solvers (brokers) and Accounting personnel to resolve paperwork issues promptly.
- Respond to and track Problem Solver (broker) requests regarding documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email).
- Prior logistics or office admin experience is helpful but not required.
