Paperwork Processing Assistant (Part-Time)


We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Paperwork Processing Assistant to support our logistics operations team. This is a part-time position designed to handle routine but critical tasks that keep shipments moving and invoices accurate.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming emails and faxes related to load documentation within 1 hour of receipt.
     
  • Maintain and update the Load Processing Spreadsheet at all times.
     
  • Collect missing paperwork (PODs, invoices, rate confirmations, etc.) from carriers and factoring companies via phone or email.
     
  • Coordinate with Problem Solvers (brokers) and Accounting personnel to resolve paperwork issues promptly.
     
  • Respond to and track Problem Solver (broker) requests regarding documentation.
     


Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  
  • Clear written and verbal communication.  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.  
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email).  
  • Prior logistics or office admin experience is helpful but not required.
