Our Advisory Intern Program is designed to immerse you in the world of family office services through the lens of our Client Advisory team. To deepen your understanding of the full client experience, this internship includes exposure to several key departments, such as Investment Research, Client Operations, and Professional Services, each playing a vital role in how we serve our clients. These learning rotations provide deep understanding and opportunity to learn from leaders across departments.

What You’ll Do: This internship offers a deep dive into the advisory function, with meaningful exposure to how our firm works together to serve clients. You’ll spend most of your time embedded within our Advisory teams, and to enrich your understanding of the advisory function, you’ll rotate through supporting departments to gain broader perspective. This rotational learning provides insight into how each department supports and enhances the client experience. Throughout the program, you will collaborate on real projects, engage with teammates across the country, and develop a holistic view of how Pathstone is in service of our client’s preferred life.
What We Expect: You will be expected to participate in professional development sessions and contribute to meaningful projects. Assignments include, but are not limited to:
- Culture / Corporate Character Project
- Advisory deliverables
- Capstone Presentation
Who You Are:
- Current junior with 2027 graduation date
- Detail-oriented and with strong commitment to excellence
- Resourceful, a self-starter able to proactively manage workload
- Strong analytical thinker and problem-solver

Timing and Program Details:
- The program begins mid-June
- 36-hour work week for 8 weeks, in office Monday - Friday
- Capstone Project to be presented during Graduation Week
- Hosted in the Boulder, CO office
- Potential pathway to full-time employment on the Advisory team
- Paid internship, non-exempt (hourly) position, at $25/hour
