- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community’s grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, and watering
- Remove trash and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
- Assist with seasonal maintenance such as snow/ice removal or leaf cleanup
- Report any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property damage to the Service Team
- Power wash building exteriors, walkways, and other surfaces as needed
- Clean and maintain outdoor furniture, signage, and recreational areas
- Support the maintenance team with light tasks as requested
- Ensure all equipment and tools are used safely and maintained in good working condition

- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; capable of frequent bending, lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in various conditions
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license required (for operating golf carts or company vehicles)
- Requirement: Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date
