Your Contribution to Amalga Composites
- Ownership: A defined book of existing clients (strategic and high-potential customers)
- Face of Amalga: Key Accounts will come to know you as their primary contact
- The Go To Partner: Become the trusted partner for all of their manufacturing needs
- Navigate Complex Organizations: Strategic and persistent in the pursuit of new opportunities
- Core Verticals: Industrial manufacturing, fluid power, automotive, and energy sectors
- Unlock Growth: New divisions, departments, programs, projects, applications
- Collaborate: Work with Amalga’s CEO, Engineering, Operations, Inside Sales
Your Qualifications
- Experience: 5-10yrs B2B Sales (Business Development & Key Account Mgmt)
- Well Traveled: 50-75% on the road
- Proven Success: Managing and profitably growing strategic customer relationships
- Industry Knowledge: Industrial, energy, fluid power, automotive, or related sectors
- Previous Relationships: Complex enterprise-level accounts
- Technical Comprehension: Concepts, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes
- Software/ERP: Ideally Epicor or other Manufacturing ERP
- Familiarity with composite materials (resins, adhesives, reinforcements, or core materials)
Amalga Composites' Contribution to You
- Base Salary: $80k-$100k
- On-Target Earnings: $200k+
- Uncapped Commissions
