Working  directly with Amalga’s CEO, you’ll take ownership of key accounts to grow the business by helping Fortune 100 customers see Amalga’s value and capabilities.

Your Contribution to Amalga Composites

Your Qualifications

Required
  • Experience: 5-10yrs B2B Sales (Business Development & Key Account Mgmt)
  • Well Traveled: 50-75% on the road
  • Proven Success: Managing and profitably growing strategic customer relationships
  • Industry  Knowledge: Industrial, energy, fluid power, automotive, or related sectors
  • Previous Relationships: Complex enterprise-level accounts
  • Technical Comprehension: Concepts, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes
  • Software/ERP: Ideally Epicor or other Manufacturing ERP
Preferred
  • Familiarity with composite materials (resins, adhesives, reinforcements, or core materials)

Amalga Composites' Contribution to You

  • Base Salary: $80k-$100k
  • On-Target Earnings: $200k+
  • Uncapped Commissions
  • Healthcare: Medical & Dental w/ Full Coverage, 25% Premium
  • 401k w/ match (15% of Employee Contribution Up To 6% of Salary)
