Job Description Summary

Passion for customer service. 7-10 years of experience in managing Customer Service and Key Accounts; preferably in a Pharma, Health care or 3PL industry.

Hands on experience in Managing Import Logistics and good working knowledge of process & documentation involved.

Experience in managing key accounts.

Good Communication Skills to interact with Overseas teams & Customers.

Good Interpersonal Skills to manage Internal and External Customers.

Willing to travel, 7-10 days in a quarter to for customer meetings and maintain good professional relationship.

Good in preparing MIS and sharing with Internal (SCM, Sales, Finance, International SCM) and External stakeholders

Job Description

The role is responsible for supporting Customers & Sales through SCM Function.: 

  • Ensure high service level in order to invoice process 

  • Interact with customers on  : 

  • Documentation : 

  • Order acknowledgement 

  • Quotation / Issuance of Performa Invoice 

  • LC verification 

  • Shipping documentstimely submission to customer (Invoice/ Packing list) 

  • Follow up with Manufacturing site and Regional HQ for timely shipment and documentation. 

  • Verification of shipping documents before sending to customers 

  • Post shipment: Sharing bank tracking details with customers. 

  • Follow up with commercial team on timely credit approvals. 

  • Support for SAP updating on Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer master, Bill to and ship to creation.  

  • Customer visits with /without Sales team.
