About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Accounting Associate – Title & Escrow to join the Finance team. This professional will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations for multiple Title & Escrow entities, working closely with executives and cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, who enjoys analyzing complex data, and who has a strong foundation in trust accounting and knowledge of the Title & Escrow process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple Title & Escrow entities.
Deliver monthly financial reporting, analyze P&L trends, and support balance sheet accounts.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial reporting.
Create, maintain, and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets, including Escrow Trust Funds.
Participate in the month-end close process by posting journal entries and performing accruals for M&A and stock-based compensation under ASC 718.
Conduct monthly and quarterly fluctuation analysis, and prepare account reconciliations.
Collaborate with internal accounting teams to align policies, procedures, and controls across the organization.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB regulations, and corporate policies.
Research and resolve accounting issues, and communicate solutions effectively.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Partner with internal and external auditors for audits and accounting-related requirements.
Build strong working relationships with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
Support other accounting duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in general accounting, with experience in trust accounting and knowledge of the Title & Escrow process.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and FASB regulations.
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
Experience in fast-growth, dynamic environments is a plus.
