Responsibilities
- Devise and implement strategies to identify and onboard high-potential clients for the Bank.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of premier relationships and ensure targeted revenue growth.
- Proactively identify client needs and offer suitable financial solutions, achieving deeper market penetration.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing direction and guidance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor movements to refine acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in banking.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and managing relationships.
- Excellent networking skills and a strong understanding of the local market.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop tailored solutions.
- Strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach.
