- Strategic sales planning and execution within area of responsibility to retain and expand current customer relationships.
- Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations, issues resolutions and ensuring high quality customer service.
- Promoting and selling products and services through different marketing activities, Developing and delivering bids, proposals, presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
- Strategy and execution of brand and product campaigns in the 360 visions.
- Responsible for the brand's communication strategy and reputation, including external and external training.
- Coordination of support to internal teams and reseller network regarding sell in and sell out materials, material support and cooperative investments.
- Strategy and execution of the trade marketing plan with profiling actions, promoter projects and campaigns with sales channels.
- Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
- Education, Experience, Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate from recognized university, with minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Team Player, Experience in Sales & Marketing- Preferably from power tools, power product, agriculture & Industrial segment.
- Experience in brand & communication will be an added advantage.
- Experience in same product segments & Govt. departments.
- Fluent in local language and intermediate for Hindi and English.
- 2-3 years’ experience in above category, team handling experience will be an added advantage.
- Training in the areas of Advertising, administration or related.
