About the role
In this role, you will develop and communicate a compelling product strategy for the Salary Packaging team within the Consumer Financial Products segment. You will operate at a strategic and hands-on level while leading product development. You’ll work collaboratively across our organisation to distribute consumer financial products through the employer network, bring new ideas to life, and ensure that every aspect of the product journey, from concept through to delivery, reflects the high standards that Flare & MYOB are known for.
This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven product manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving financial products for consumers.
