Welcome to the Pharmacy+, the dedicated full-service creative studio situated within Virgo Health and Golin in London. We are a passionate group of designers, illustrators, art directors, motion designers, videographers, artworkers and presentation designers who are dedicated to raising the creative bar for leading global brands and healthcare clients.
We apply our work across a broad range of platforms, from social media to multi-channel integrated campaigns, creating award-winning creative.
What is the role?
Working in the design and content studio, you will get to create assets for some of the world’s largest brands across the healthcare, tech and consumer segments. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or Junior Designer looking to develop their career in motion design and animation in a fast-paced agency. Being part of a close-knit team, you will have the chance to develop and grow your skills in a supportive environment with a team of other motion and graphic designers. You will have an amazing showreel and portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and problem-solving.

What will you be doing?
- Start to grow your knowledge of various channels and mediums and how creative ideas will align to various channels
- Start to understand what makes a strong creative brief and how the creative concept ties back to the strategy/brief
- Follow and implement brand guidelines
- Create original motion designs including social assets for all platforms, animation of lower-thirds and title sequences, animation of explainer videos and creation of sizzle reels
- Asset creation and setting-up files ready for animation
- Assist in conceptual ideation, everything from campaigns to theming an event
- Develop understanding of client brands, the industry and creative work in that space
- Digest client perceptions, needs and expectations (which may come through the account teams or your line manager)
- Start to understand the impact of their feedback on deadlines and your work
- Learn how to prioritise your work and meet deadlines and flag any concerns around your capacity
What are we looking for?
- A degree or equivalent in Animation or Motion Design
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects and plug-ins
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D is a bonus
- Enthusiastic to learn new skills as part of a high – performing team
- Highly motivated to work of own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention for detail
- Up-to-date with all the latest graphic and motion trends
