All Roads in Ellicott City, MD is hiring an experienced Detailer to join our growing Acura team! We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who can ensure vehicles are spotless inside and out. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $18/hour
- Full-time position

Responsibilities
- Clean, wax, polish, and refurbish the interior and exterior of vehicles
- Vacuum, remove trash, and sanitize vehicles
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify and report damages
- Record and report all damages to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Handle additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and insurable by company carrier
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, reach overhead, and squat frequently
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Part-time, as needed
- Monday through Saturday, hours vary between 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
