- Serve as the go-to person for any Learning and Development queries providing prompt and insightful responses to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Take the lead on confidently coordinating the academic and training calendars across the group
- Manage the exam schedule for learners, actively monitoring their progress and planning for upcoming exams to foster a proactive learning culture.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of learners, engaging in regular meetings with their tutors and managers every six weeks.
- Report on feedback received to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to support the Early Careers function.
- Partner with the Head of Learning and Development to refine and update processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience that benefits both managers and learners alike.

- Be an organised individual who will help take learning and development to the next level
- Be familiar with accountancy apprenticeship framework or similar, previous experience as an Assessor/Talent or Skills Coach would be desirable
