As an Airside Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in safely delivering services to general aviation aircraft, crews, and guests at our private aviation terminal.
This hands-on role involves operating ground service equipment, working in varied weather conditions, and providing exceptional service with flexibility across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Your new role:
As part of our Airside Operations team, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of ground handling services in line with established policies and standard operating procedures. This includes clear and accurate communication with colleagues and stakeholders to carry out a wide range of operational tasks while maintaining the highest safety standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing potential safety concerns and following emergency response and security protocols when required.
The role involves working closely with team members, clients, vendors, aircraft crews, and guests to meet service needs. Duties include providing fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, catering delivery, and towing services. You will also operate ground service equipment, assist with luggage and cargo, provide shuttle transportation, and help pilots with operational support. Maintaining safe, clean, and secure ramps and equipment is a key part of this role.
In addition to operational responsibilities, you will support our Guest Experience team by welcoming and assisting crews and guests, escorting them as needed, and ensuring a professional, friendly service at all times.
About you:
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Previous experience and/or training in aviation, customer service or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training is preferred.
Ability to pass company background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge, and be insurable by the Company's applicable insurance policies.
Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
Excellent vision and coordination to move and/or direct aircraft and visually inspect aircraft fuel. Ability to pass a color vision test for purposes of inspecting aviation fuel.
Must possess a valid UK driver’s license. In some locations further driving qualifications are required as dictated by local regulations and business needs.
Must be able to exercise good judgment and follow directions/directives from supervisor/management.
