Unit Description:Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown, we operate Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and host special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating.
Responsibilities:- Enforce work procedures and service standards across beverage outlets
- Observe, evaluate, and document bartender and porter performance; assist with team member training and outlet operations
- Inspect bars and assigned areas to ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- Investigate monetary discrepancies, analyze operational issues, and resolve problems with associates and guests in coordination with management
- Manage inventory by estimating needs, inspecting deliveries, performing monthly counts, and enforcing inventory and labor controls
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a foodservice position required; previous experience as a supervisor or manager preferred
- Excellent guest service skills and basic math skills
- Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand and walk during the entirety of shift
