Job Title: UX/UI Coordinator

We’re looking for a skilled and collaborative UX/UI professional to design and develop high-quality web pages, components, and prototypes. This role involves validating builds, writing scalable code, supporting the design team, and ensuring consistent, user-centered experiences. You’ll manage design tasks, provide feedback, approve final designs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of: 

The UX/UI Coordinator is responsible for contributing to an optimal user experience across all digital platforms by supporting the Digital Design Manager with the creation and implementation of user-friendly and visually appealing content. This includes:

  • Designing webpages, components and prototypes using industry standard programs.
  • Review and validate live or staging builds to ensure the final product meets high standards for usability, accessibility, and the intended user experience.
  • Developing clean and easy-to-use code that can be used in scale across the website.
  • Support UX/UI Designers with day-to-day questions, troubleshooting design challenges, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Assigning UX/UI Tasks to team members, managing workflow, and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Approving UX/UI Designs to ensure high quality, brand consistency, and adherence to user-centered design principles.
  • Assist the Digital Design Manager with researching, creating, and maintaining templates and components.
  • Coordinating assets and projects needed with the appropriate teams to facilitate a smooth handoff and implementation process.

Need-To-Haves: 

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in applying UX research and UI design best practices across web and mobile platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, planning, and time management skills.
  • Experience with workflow management and task assignment in a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a clean, user-centric design sense.
  • Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and take initiative.
  • Natural visual thinker ready to grow and take direction from creative leadership.

Love-To-Haves: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Outstanding creative portfolio demonstrating conceptual, design, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as responsive design, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Previous experience designing and coordinating for an e-commerce website.
