Description of the role:
Acura of Austin North is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee all aspects of the service department. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining the efficiency and profitability of the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage service department staff
- Ensure quality service and repairs
- Maintain customer service standards
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Ensure service policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service management - Acura or Honda experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
