Job Summary: The Reach Global Experience Coordinator supports, coordinates, and facilitates ministry for the Missions pastor.
Functional Relationships: The Reach Global Experience Coordinator will serve on the Practical Ministries Team alongside other support staff and pastors.
Responsibilities
- Assists in planning and creating ministry opportunities among our community and partners.
- Schedule appointments, follow up on emails and phone calls, and move projects and workflows along for the Reach Global Team.
- Assist in budget planning, spending, and reconciling financial transactions.
- Support the Field Team Logistics Coordinator in the execution of team events and projects.
- Handles administrative tasks such as creating itineraries, managing travel documents and visas, processing expenses, and providing exceptional customer service
- Budget management.
- Support bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices and expense reports.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with leaders, vendors, donors, and church members.
- Additional duties as required.

Qualifications
- Understand and embrace our mission, vision, and values.
- High School Diploma required
- Passion for Reach Global.
- Regular involvement in Faith Assembly activities and events
- Previous office administration or clerical experience is preferred.
- Experience working with Short Term Missions teams is desired.
- Strong office management skills with a focus on organization and efficiency.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficient in Asana, Google, PCO, eSpace, among other systems.
- Previous accounting, account reconciliations, and budgeting experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
