MCR Safety, a Bunzl company, is now hiring for a Bilingual HR Clerk. The HR Clerk is dedicated to supporting operations/warehouse teams at SuperWarehouse and HQ teams as needed for administrative and bilingual support.  Provides day-to-day bilingual communication, onboarding/orientation support, safety and incident documentation assistance, attendance tracking, recognition program coordination, and general clerical help that keeps HR & operations running smoothly.  Handles confidential information with discretion and partners closely with HR while remaining customer focused. This role is based at the distribution center with travel to HQ as needed. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support for employee communications, onboarding, coaching, and policy interpretation.
  • Coordinate Spanish-language pre-screens, orientations, and interview scheduling for hourly roles.
  • Translate HR and safety materials; interpret during disciplinary actions, trainings, and certifications.
  • Maintain attendance records, prepare related documentation, and support temporary staff payroll reporting.
  • Assist with incident documentation, Emergency Action Plan updates, and safety posting compliance.
  • Manage first-aid supplies, PPE tracking, and employee ID badge issuance; support FTZ badge compliance.
  • Track service anniversaries, distribute awards, and create monthly recognition bulletins.
  • Support employee engagement events, surveys, and HR communications.
  • Serve as point of contact for facility vendors, coordinate service requests and supply orders.
  • Assist with benefits overviews, offboarding procedures, and HR documentation routing.
  • Prepare basic HR reports using Excel and ensure confidentiality in all HR processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots) and solid Microsoft 365 proficiency; able to build clean rosters and simple reports.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required.
  • 1 year or more administrative experience in a warehouse /operations or HR setting
