Business Analyst bei AGDATA

Job Summary:

AGDATA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support a key client’s strategic initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, streamline processes, and ensure successful execution of marketing and operational programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, project coordination experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality business support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of legal documentation for marketing programs.
• Support early season and full season program launches, including managing approvals and updates via Workfront.
• Create competitive active ingredient documentation and lists to support Artificial Intelligence (AI) loyalty programs.
• Coordinate with Strategic Account Management and Technical Marketing teams to compile financing lists for distributor brands.
• Develop supporting materials for programs, including channel guides, low net files, and finance flyers.
• Administer customer access portals (e.g., Showpad) for program-related content.
• Manage in-season program changes and ensure updates are reflected in Workfront and Showpad.
• Provide support for selected fulfillment processes, including:
  • Inventory protection calculations
  • Dealer payment advance processing
  • Canola seed program calculations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or marketing operations.
• Familiarity with Workfront, Showpad, and other project management or content platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in agriculture or agribusiness is a plus.
