WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, support and working collaboratively with Sales Specialists, Installation and Hi-Tech Technicians and Equipment Coordinators to deliver superior customer experience through the planning, coordination and installation of capital equipment. You are strong at coordination and communication delivering high quality, efficient installations that achieve overall internal and external customer satisfaction.

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING 

You have completed a post-secondary education in Project Management and/or a related field.  You have three (3) to five (5) years equipment and customer service-related experience.  You are comfortable managing inventory, SKUs, and product information, able to enter this information accurately into SMARTSHEETS.  You are familiar with other equipment/inventory related technologies: Astea, JDEdwards and other systems.

 

Your favourite words are: project coordinator, project management, project, coordinator and customer service.
