We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain process compliance, build strong candidate pipelines, and contribute to organizational initiatives while enhancing our employer brand.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS entries, candidate databases, and weekly reports accurately.
Follow up with candidates and managers to minimize dropouts and ensure timely closures.
Prioritize critical roles, focus on hiring efficiency, and align recruitment with business needs to support revenue and reduce costs.
Suggest improvements in sourcing strategies, explore new talent channels, and participate in tech meetups to strengthen employer branding.
Support referral drives, internal hiring initiatives, and provide structured hiring data for management reviews.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and collaborate effectively with managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in technology/IT hiring.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Breezy/ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Comfortable with attending tech events and meetups as part of employer branding initiatives.
