The Opportunity
Join Arup’s global Costing team and play a key role in ensuring accurate project and cost accounting across all five regions. You’ll help maintain financial integrity by managing staff time allocations, supporting billing accuracy, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where your work directly supports the smooth operation of Arup’s finance systems.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team of 12, working closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors to deliver timely and precise costing services. From managing timesheet systems to reconciling staff data, your contributions will help drive consistency and excellence across the business.

Requirements
Experience in project and cost accounting, ideally within a shared service or consultancy environment
Proficient in transactional data processing with high speed and accuracy
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or JDE
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective communicator with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable working in a team and contributing to process improvements
