Birmingham Community Charter High School is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Fiscal Manager to lead financial operations within the Business Office. Under the direction of the Chief Business Officer, the Fiscal Manager oversees budgeting, accounting, audits, and financial reporting in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role supervises Business Office staff, including Accounting Associates and Office Assistants, and supports Associated Student Body (ASB) financial activities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in school finance, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fiscal integrity and continuous improvement.

Fiscal Manager Full-time / Monday - Friday 8 hours per day / 12 months per year EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field EXPERIENCE: Five years of increasing responsible experience in accounting. Experience in a school district, charter school, or other public education is preferred.
