We are currently looking for a Retail Recruiter to join our expanding team at our Headquarters in Dallas, Texas! In this role, the Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions, from job posting, sourcing & screening candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with talking to new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions.
  • Create job posts, sourcing & screening candidates
  • Conducting interviews via phone, in-person, or virtual
  • Extending offers, conduct background checks, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
  • Must have experience and knowledge of I9/E-Verify compliance
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates.

Requirements:

  • 3 years recruiting experience for retail/restaurant/coffee shops
  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
  • Full cycle, high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent & Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a high workload.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be bilingual ( English/Spanish) 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Must be able to sustain long periods of sitting throughout 8-hour shift.
  • Heavy computer & telephone usage throughout 8-hour shift
  • Periodic walking, standing, picking, packing and manually carry/lift boxes of up to 40 pounds
