Our commercial roofing company continues to grow, and Fort Myers is the next step in our expansion. We’re seeking skilled Commercial Roofing Crews and experienced Foremen with Torch and TPO system experience to help us deliver quality, safety, and reliability on every project.

About the Role

As part of our Fort Myers team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence in the region:

• Install and repair Torch-down and TPO roofing systems (plus coatings, single-ply, built-up, etc.)

• Safely remove old roofing and prepare surfaces for new applications

• Set up and maintain safety equipment, ladders, and scaffolds

• Lead or support crews in daily commercial roofing operations

• Deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and to high-quality standards

• Keep job sites safe, clean, and professional

What We’re Looking For

• Foremen: Experienced leaders with proven results on commercial projects and the ability to drive OSHA-compliant practices

• Roofers/Laborers: Skilled in Torch and TPO applications, motivated to grow with a leading company

• Dependable, safety-minded professionals ready to work in Florida’s climate

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights

• Strong teamwork and work ethic are a must
