The ideal candidate is an experienced finance leader who thrives at simplifying complex data (“simplifying the signal”) to provide clear, actionable insights, strengthening controls, and building scalable, efficient processes that support profitability and growth.
- Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS group reporting requirements to Loomis.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, inventory, fixed assets, accruals, and cost-of-service accounting.
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and 12-month rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and actionable variance explanations.
- Provide decision-ready insights through dashboards, KPI reporting, and profitability analysis (customer, product, service-line).
- Partner closely with operations and sales teams to drive cost transparency, identify controllable levers, and improve margin and productivity outcomes.
- Support pricing updates, contract renewals, and new bids with clear unit economics, sensitivity analyses, and risk/reward assessments.
- Establish benchmarks for operational and financial performance and recommend corrective actions to improve results.
- Serve as finance process owner for ERP and BI systems, improving data accuracy, integration, and accessibility.
- Drive automation initiatives in reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and close processes to reduce manual effort and speed time to insight.
- Champion the adoption of field-friendly analytics tools (Power BI, telematics, AI-driven insights) to support operational decision-making.
- identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, standardize reporting, and enhance scalability of finance operations.
- Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing accounting and FP&A team, developing capabilities in digital tools, analytics, and operational finance.
- Act as a trusted business partner to the executive team and operational leaders, presenting complex information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner (“simplifying the signal”).

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in accounting or controllership, including FP&A exposure, in multi-entity or field-service organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and process automation preferred.
- Strong track record of improving financial reporting accuracy, accelerating close timelines, and delivering field-relevant, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with non-finance stakeholders.
- Industry experience in field service, logistics, or industrial services highly valued.

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000.00 and $175,000.00
