We’re Muddy Creek Animal Hospital — a progressive, multi-doctor practice offering high-quality medicine with a strong focus on compassion, teamwork, and client connection. We’re currently looking for a Lead Client Service Representative who can help us keep things running smoothly up front while setting the tone for excellent care throughout the hospital.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting and guiding our CSR team, leading by example in professionalism, positivity, and top-tier service
Training and mentoring team members to deliver a seamless client experience — from phone calls to check-out and everything in between
Serving as the go-to expert on all things front desk: communication, scheduling, client education, and problem-solving
Partnering with our practice manager and leadership team to improve workflow, support staff growth, and ensure our clients (and their pets) feel genuinely cared for
Collaborating on CSR scheduling and PTO planning to make sure we’re always covered — and our team is supported
What we’re looking for:
2–3 years of experience in a veterinary hospital or related field (required)
A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Someone who’s organized, calm under pressure, and can spot a scheduling gap from a mile away
A supportive team player who values mentorship and enjoys helping others grow
Familiarity with Avimark is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
