Key Responsibilities
- Support patients through the full registration and de-registration process with accuracy and care.
- Handle a steady flow of calls, forms, and queries, following NHS and practice processes precisely.
- Make proactive retention calls to at-risk patients, helping them stay connected to our care.
- Handle objections with skill, turning uncertainty into confidence and completing registrations
- Record key information and feedback to improve our processes and patient experience.
- Work with colleagues across practices to remove barriers and ensure registrations run smoothly.
What good looks like:
Within a few weeks you’ll be confidently handling registrations, answering queries, and making retention calls. Within six months, you’ll be established as a reliable, trusted member of the team — consistently accurate in your work, proactive in supporting patients, and contributing valuable insights to improve how we operate, helping to reduce churn and drive our growth strategy.
