Are you a driven, detail-oriented recruiter with a passion for building high-performing technical teams? GreenPath Financial Wellness is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to own the full recruitment life-cycle for executive, technical, and administrative roles. What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Source, screen, and onboard candidates for roles in software engineering, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, and more.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process—from posting jobs to negotiating offers and facilitating seamless onboarding.
  • Provide exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences with timely, professional communication.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve recruitment strategies and employer branding.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT and technical recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and terminology.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus!
