Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with some flexibility for occasional nights and weekends)

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Part!)
✔ Lead with Purpose – Manage workflows, assign cases, set goals, and keep our amazing team on track
✔ Find Fulfillment- helping individuals overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
✔ Train– Help new hires get up to speed on case management, systems, and best practices.
✔ Keep Things Organized – Ensure compliance with all documentation, Oversee schedules, PTO requests, and all the behind-the-scenes magic.
✔ Be the Data Guru – Monitor and update crucial databases like Smartsheet, DDAP, and HMIS.
✔ Strengthen Communities – Collaborate with agencies, partners and initiatives like Greater Hartford CAN and attend meetings.
✔ Support & Inspire – Conduct staff evaluations, provide feedback, and keep the office vibes positive!
✔ Drive Positive Change – Lead case management meetings, manage on-call duties, and ensure quality services.
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong Accountability Mentality with Passion for leading others by example.
- Passion for working with diverse communities, including individuals experiencing homelessness or facing mental health/substance use challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, Human Development or a similar related field.
- Experience working with individuals who are chronically homeless, those with severe mental illness and or individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
- Minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience with proven ability to provide effective client services, is required. Bonus points! if you have Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Bilingual? Even better! Spanish/English preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Must have a valid Connecticut driver’s license and clean driving record with proof of automobile insurance.

- Hourly rate: $28-$31.00, based on experience
