Hiring Range: $82,596/yr-$128,419/yr

Join our Puyallup Tribal Health Authority (PTHA) team and play a vital role in advancing high-quality healthcare for our community. As an Epic Support Analyst, you’ll provide onsite support for our Epic electronic health records system, bridging the gap between technology and patient care. This position is more than just technical support — it’s about empowering staff, improving workflows, and ensuring our clinic thrives through education, collaboration, and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
As the Epic Support Analyst, you will:
- Provide onsite support for Epic EHR and associated applications.
- Deliver coaching and training through workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions.
- Connect system functionality to operational needs and success metrics.
- Collaborate with OCHIN and clinic leadership to optimize workflows and improve performance.
- Coordinate Epic updates, user testing, and communication.
- Foster teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and continuous improvement across departments.
What You Bring:
Epic Support Analyst -
- Bachelor’s in healthcare, IT, informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of Epic analyst experience.
- Strong skills in training, mentoring, and EHR support.
- Epic certifications preferred.
- Experience with Tribal Health Centers or Federally Qualified Health Centers is strongly valued.
Senior Epic Support Analyst -
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years as an Epic analyst.
- Proven leadership in training, mentoring, and onboarding staff.
- Epic certifications required.
- Experience with Tribal Health Centers or Federally Qualified Health Centers is strongly valued.
