What You'll Do:

As a Senior Product Manager in our Asset Management division, you'll drive strategic initiatives for our investment accounting product ecosystem, orchestrating the complex interplay with portfolio management, trading activities and financial reporting. You'll be instrumental in optimizing our accounting systems' architecture, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless integration of mission-critical data flows that support investment operations. Working closely with engineering teams and business partners, you'll champion product enhancements that strengthen our accounting infrastructure while maintaining operational excellence in daily processing cycles and reporting capabilities.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy for in house and vendor solutions
  • Lead product backlog, product feature prioritization, refinement, grooming and daily standups
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our investment operations, general account and accounting processes, and a comprehensive understanding of technology’s role in solving business problems within the product team
  • Use metrics and analytics that drive decisions to ensure product development aligns with business goals
  • Communicate product updates, timelines, and risks to internal partners and leadership
  • Be responsible for product health and find opportunities for product innovation and improvement

Who You Are:
  • 6+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with engineering teams and partners while managing multiple products
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to lead, influence and negotiate with partners at all levels of the company
  • Strong strategic thinking/vision, collaboration and decision-making skills along with business savviness and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating, influencing, and negotiating in a professional team environment, including using diverse perspectives and data to inform actions
  • Experience coaching and mentoring others in a professional setting

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Product Management experience in an investment operations/investment accounting environment with an understanding of techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
  • Knowledge of the asset management industry
  • Experience with investment accounting platforms, specifically PAM
Salary Range Information:Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range:$123000 - $167000 / yearTime Off Program:Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.Pension Eligible:YesAdditional Information:

Work Environments

This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Chicago, IL, or New York, NY.
