Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent.
Skill(s): Proficient with technology, with working knowledge of applications and software in use by the bank to the extent to be able to assist end users. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Knowledge of computer and accessories to the extent to do minor repairs, installations, and updates. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products, Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient knowledge of computer hardware, network cabling, software installation and upgrades; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; exceptional customer service skills; a thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relating to information technology and operations. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
