- Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar with 3–4 weekly posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create compelling content including photos, videos, graphics, and written stories.
- Share program updates, volunteer spotlights, and organizational milestones.
- Monitor engagement and adjust strategies to improve reach and audience interaction.
- Design and update brochures, flyers, digital graphics, and event materials.
- Support in-store and community-facing marketing campaigns that highlight organizational impact.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Maintain and update CTI and CKF websites with program information, resources, and volunteer opportunities.
- Ensure website content is accessible, clear, and engaging.
- Partner with CTI staff, schools, volunteers, and the Charleys corporate marketing team to align messaging.
- Capture and share photos, videos, and stories from events, tutoring sessions, and recognition ceremonies.
- Support tutor recruitment efforts through targeted digital campaigns.
- Track social media and marketing analytics to measure growth and effectiveness.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing organizational or brand social media accounts.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Experience creating digital and print materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve content strategy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams and with partners.
- Experience in nonprofit, education, or cause-based marketing preferred.
- Knowledge of Columbus-area communities a plus.
