This is a full-time, 12-month position that reports to the Dean and the Associate Dean of Faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing data integrity across multiple platforms including Google Workspace, Banner, and other institutional databases.
Assisting academic programs with purchasing and budget tracking.
Analyzing institutional data in support of the academic mission.
Performing general administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned by the Dean of Arts and Science.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with data management and analysis, preferably within higher education.
Experience with constituent interactions and problem-solving, preferably within a multicultural environment.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement efficient, effective, and accessible processes using current software/technologies.
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Forms) including advanced functions, pivot tables, data validation, and collaborative workflows.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Experience with Higher Ed systems including Banner, preferred.
Sensitivity to cultural diversity and ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff and students.
Proven ability to work effectively as a team player; highly motivated, focused, self-initiating, and results oriented.
Ability to exercise discretion and tact in interpersonal contacts, and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
