The OPPORTUNITY

As part of the America’s team, SANY in Yuba City, California is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking and highly motivated Parts and Attachment Supervisor. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth is the appointment of a high-quality Parts and Attachment Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the sales and inventory operations planning for attachments. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Parts and Attachment Supervisor is expected to:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations for parts and attachments, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, picking, packing, and put-away activities.
  • Ensure proper labeling, racking, and storage of materials, optimizing warehouse space and safety.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy through stock counts, cycle counts, and system transactions to ensure timely and correct updates.
  • Work with Master Data Team in setting up part numbers and suppliers in the implementation of New Products.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse workflows to achieve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in parts handling.
  • Coordinate with logistics, service, and sales teams to support timely delivery and distribution of parts and attachments.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff in standard operating procedures, safety compliance, and best practices.
  • Assist Manager in implementing and maintaining 6S warehouse management: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
  • Work with accounting during annual audits and as needed to resolve billing issues

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with:

  • SAP SD, WMS or other ERP system
  • Forecasting
  • Data manipulation through Excel
  • Planning
  • Managing multiple distribution warehouses
  • Data Analysis
  • Communication and Managing of Suppliers
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Attention to detail, sound time-management and organizational skills. 

Working Knowledge

  • Vendor communication
  • Inventory processes
  • FIFO
  • Cycle counting
  • Min/Max logic

EDUCATION

  • Associates degree preferred, High School Diploma. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the parts and attachment industry, or warehousing field.

Travel

  • Must be able to travel 20% of the time.

 

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. It will include a base salary, an annual performance bonus, and other exceptional benefits.
