We are seeking an Outreach Coordinator to join our team and support the new Metabolic Clinic (GLP-1 program). In this role, you will help patients overcome barriers, connect them with resources, and support their long-term health goals. Salary & Schedule
- Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Hourly rate: $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience
What You Can Expect
- Work primarily at the Boise Plaza location, with some travel required for business purposes.
- Engage patients using motivational interviewing techniques.
- Provide education and barrier reduction support.
- Navigate and connect patients to community, insurance, and clinical resources.
- Collaborate across care teams to support patient-centered goals.
- Assist with program planning and development as the clinic grows.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience: 2 years’ relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in social services, community health, public health, case management, or related health outreach.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes.
