Perks & Pay:
✔ Starting at $15+/hr (based on experience)
✔ Day shift available
✔ Paid training – we’ve got your back from day one
✔ Full benefits after 90 days: medical, dental, vision, 403B match, paid vacation/sick days, and more
✔ Life insurance and injury coverage
✔ Opportunities to grow into a long-term career
What We’re Looking For:
21+ and ready to lead by example
High school diploma or GED required
Experience with youth or related fields preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Willingness to train and learn (First Aid, CPR, crisis response, etc.)
Integrity, reliability, and a real passion for helping others succeed
This is more than a job. It’s a chance to show up for someone who’s never had someone show up before.
